Send a notification
Your text shows on the Apple lock screen. Google shows a generic "New message" notification.
Your first notification just sets it up. The lock-screen banner shows from the next one on.
No change to push. Edit a field or send a notification.

What happens when I save?
Anyone who already added this pass gets the update automatically, and your share page shows the new version right away.
Saved. Installed passes update on their next refresh.
No changes to save.
Add a to generate your pass.
Add (with both a label and a value) so the pass has content.
Start over with a new pass? This clears it from the dashboard. The pass stays in any Apple or Google Wallet that already added it.
